Professional Licensing & Discipline
Our firm represents lawyers and law firms, doctors, accountants, bankers, nurses, pharmacists and brokers in professional liability litigation, ethics and grievance proceedings and debarment proceedings. We also represent law firms and individuals in sanctions proceedings in state and federal court.
One of our partners is currently a member of the Federal Grievance Committee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, while another partner is a former member of that committee. Another partner of the firm previously served as a member of the State of Connecticut Judicial Review Council.
